    We provide 30 days FREE telephonic support on goods supplied. Service like Installation / On Site visits will be charged
  • How can I am not able to choose the right IP phones form so many Brands and Models

  • Do you provide goods on Rent ?
    Currently we don’t have this service. All goods are on Sale only
  • What are the working hours for support
    We are working IST time 10-5pm on working days. Except Sat & Sun. and Government holidays
  • How to get RMA on faulty good under warranty?
    Return Material Authorization (RMA) is generated by the OEM. For all products under warranty you can get RMA from manufacturer and send us a copy of RMA along with the goods. We shall get the replacement / repair of goods from the OEM. Charges may apply as per terms of OEM and condition of the goods.  Shipping charges will apply.
  • Re-Stocking charges?
    We charge 25% as restocking charges for goods returned within 10 days of receipt. This is to cover the basic expenses of freight and operational expense incurred on sending and processing your order.
